HIIT Heavy Bag Boxing Workout on the standing bag and wrecking ball
Each round =
- 30 seconds run and punch
- 30 seconds combination punching
- 30 seconds single power shots
Last time I did this at a good pace I got out 5 quality rounds, my intention today was to live stream my workout and to beat my old score.
I warmed up off camera before I started my live stream. At first just basic movements and stretching then I did 3 rounds of light kickboxing to get my blood flowing properly. I was feeling pretty good so I got straight to it!
It was a really good workout for me and it helps to do it under the pressure of a live stream. It's great to have support from viewers but I also can't give up because everyone is watching!
I'm pretty happy with my work rate and technique, they're both going to keep improving as I keep putting in the work.
