I never did like the thought of Paying for my Up-Votes...

I've also noticed that sometimes People act like they're interested, and ask Questions...
But when I send them a Reply, I get no Response back...
Nothing to tell me, they even read my Reply...
That can sure be annoying, at times...
At Present, my up-voting power stinks, but I have been known to give away Steem Dollars...
There are those among you, who can Testify to that...
