The conducted certification of engineers will help to accept and justify certain personnel decisions, which include:
increase (decrease) in the amount of wages;
creation of a reserve of personnel for further career growth;
improvement in the methodology for receiving, arranging and dismissing employees;
identification of the need for additional training or upgrading of the qualification level.
Procedure for attestation
Attestation of employees includes several stages
- preparatory part: the personnel situation in the enterprise as a whole, its divisions and departments is analyzed; issued such documents as the provision and order to conduct certification, etc .;
- choice of methodology (interview, testing, questioning, etc.);
appointment of time and place. At least 1 month each employee must be notified of the upcoming event; - performance of attestation;
- analysis of the results obtained.
For each employee a decision is made whether it corresponds to the position held, its positive and / or negative sides are noted, and recommendations for further work are given. In the event that the results of certification are bad enough, the question may also arise about the dismissal of the employee.
