Is this a scam coin? It appears to be pumping on #bittrex at the moment. I can't seem to find a website. They are not on coinmartketcap.com.

Their bitcointalk.org forum is active at about 99 pages currently. The very last page is talking about the dev being a scammer.

There is also a youtube page about a year old, but with no uploads.

Please, if anyone has any info about this coin or the dev, post here. Is this a scam? Is this legit? Should you get in on the pump? Avoid?
