You can find your local govt's by searching cafr and whatever school district, water district, county gov't, etc,... you want to look at, most of them are online.
My state has two plus years of revenue invested in the stock market.
They could not collect another dime in tax and still pay the bills for two years.

I wondered how they pushed drug tests through so easily in the eighties, and Walter proves it's because they own most of the stock on the market.
