Have you noticed, that your BTC transaction fees have been reduced? I mean, they still cost you an arm and a leg, but they won't be taking your lungs and kidney anymore. Apparently a greater Segwit walet adoption is the leading cause for this. Bitcoin.com argues, that 2018 will see even more reduced fees.
