He is using the army of bots to increase his payout and get traction from new members of crypto space. His posts frequently getting to Trending page, which is face of steemit.com and, in my opinion, damages the first perception of this site. Serious and interesting people will have no intention to stay any longer here because of these "scammy looking" posts. This is just my opinion and you can ignore it.
