Hi, yes, every purchase needs to wait for processing - otherwise is far too easy to use the same tokens multiple times in one day by posting then transferring to alts. It just replaces the unstaking period of many other tokens, but takes place at the start instead of at the end.

BTW are your numbers in $ or STEEM? Also, don't forget that votes come from six accounts.
