While I agree that money should circle as much as possible, to my mind it should not involve a certain amount of money that just sits and awaits the moments when it’ll be used

their will be no difference between the rich and poor if money flows in this manner and it would have been great.

even, getting upvotes on steemit doesnt flow in a circular way and thats disheartening.
