I received the letter to inform me that one of my credit card will be charged the annual fee soon.
After deciding to close the account because I did not use that credit card much, I called to the customer service.
But, luckily the representative was able to waive the annual fee and give the chance to get bonus miles.
They will provide 5000 bonus miles if I spend 1000 dollars in 90 days.
I accept it! why not!
Why don't you call the customer service center if they have any promotion or bonus event?
