Change your 10% subscription modal to either exit intent or a 30-second delay. It dominates the screen before I can even see what your site is about... and you really don't want to offer a discount before someone has a chance to buy at full price.

Also, make sure you optimise the images on your site. This one here is 1.2Mb on its own
