Financial Freedom Friday!!!
What are your goals in life? What do you want to achieve? Write that shit down in a list. ⠀
Start off by asking yourself: “What does financial freedom mean to me?” Get as specific about this as possible! Why do you want financial freedom? How would having financial freedom better your life? ⠀
⠀
Then start thinking about what you need to do in order to achieve this. For example, what is your ideal monthly income? Let’s say it’s $5,000 a month. Now that you have this in mind, it’s time to come up with goals that will help you achieve this. ⠀
⠀
Write goals about what type of lifestyle you want, and how much money you need for this. Do you want to travel? Own property? Drive a nice car? Put that down. And then come up with goals on what you need to do in order to achieve this. ⠀
⠀
The list goes on and on. Everyone will have different goals, the choices are endless. Just make sure you are as specific as possible with them. The more precise your goals are, the better the chance you have of actually attaining them. ⠀
⠀
I find it best to start off with a short term achievable goal. ⠀
⠀
For example when I was still in sober living only making $400 a week my first goal was to get a scooter.⠀
⠀
Once I achieved the goal of a scooter it was onto a motorcycle, then a cheap beat up jeep and so on until to where I’m at today.⠀
⠀
I was always grateful for that halfway and that $400 a week job, but I knew I could do so much more. So I set goals and I didn’t stop until I achieved them!⠀
⠀
Today my goals are a lot bigger then I could of ever imagined they would be.⠀
⠀
What’s a financial goal you would like to achieve?⠀
Maybe you’re already working on it!
