The Fed has two options, interest rates and money printing. That’s literally all they can do, yet it’s such a power set of tools. They can completely destroy the currency if they really wanted to. What we are seeing today is that the Fed has been slowly letting their balance sheet be weaned off and the effect has been apparent. Without QE, the stock market will fall.
