how do i become a great steemian

Please, I am newbie at steemit and I needed mentor's guide.
My name is Olasegiri Oluwafemi Emmanuel, I am a kid programmer, passionate about problem solving. but to be honesty, been kid does not stop me from thinking wide, that which I know steemit is a good choice for me.
I recently have been working on a number web apps, of which all of them are still at testing and development face, for example

My hubbies includes:
knowing the unknown,
learning the new, exploring the learnt.
Other hubbies may include algorithm construction, programming and animation watching.
My favorite movie is the nickelodeon game shakers

However, not long ago a friend and a mentor Hive account@jalasem, invited and urge me to be apart of steemit family. But to my greatest surprise after going through several post, especially that of Hive account@upmewhale, I was convinced that i want to stay.
In conclusion, because I know, nobody suddenly got big in a day, it takes some process. I need the whole steemit family to help me get my stand in the family as a baby steemian. i love you all.
