I didn't know that project before, thak you for informing !
It's promising and hope that gonna work nice and profite to everyone.
Hope no gouvernement whould try to throw some sand into the wheels of thi profject !
I am french and i'am really angry against my gouvernement for one reason: the control they have on african gouvernement, taking their ressources and many others things ! It's totaly true, it results from the colonization.
Hope this project can help them to fly with their own wings !
