You most likely heard about the Monkey Capital ICO which didn't happen as it was delayed due to Singapore Law ( http://www.mas.gov.sg/News-and-Publications/Media-Releases/2017/MAS-clarifies-regulatory-position-on-the-offer-of-digital-tokens-in-Singapore.aspx ), just days before the ICO.
Don't worry if you hold Coeval and Monkey as the project is still ALIVE and improved I would say.
