Week #13. 'Textures.'
All of a sudden it was twilight and I was ready to call it a day. However, my attention was drawn to the enlivened contrast of the orange lichen on the steel blue rocks in the early evening light. Without thinking too much, I started picking up, holding and looking at some of the smaller rocks surrounding the larger rocks. And then something whispered: Make a rockpile. QUICKLY. ~Ally.

- Boulders covered with bright orange and silver lichens.
- Water, wind and sand sculpted rocks: Chiseled, granular and smooth.
- Lomandra, a spiky native coastal plant: Adds a soft chaos to the background.
