These fellas are also known as "The Gas Plant".
The little oily spots you see on the filaments release a very pleasant lemony scent in the air, but they are also extremely flammable, hence the suggestive nickname.

Those little flammable oil drops are all over the flower, as you can see in the next shot.
They are only produced during the flowering and seed production stages, so don't worry, It's still pretty safe to smoke around them during most part of the year :p
