I first thought the vegetables in the back of this truck were potatoes. But on a closer look I think they are some other kind of root vegetable instead. Some of them are much larger that a potato would ever grow.

You can not tell in this edit, but the driver is looking at me as I got busted taking photos of passing traffic. This scene is outside the walls of a resort I was staying in at the time in Northern Thailand. I was there alone before it opened and traffic was mostly my only company.
I am always fascinated by the many different vehicles in SE Asia and how they keep the older ones on the road. I do not think this one is too old, but it is kept up really well for a work truck.
