Oquirrh Mountain Range • Monomad

Flying over Utah the other day at a very high altitude with clear skies, I was able to photograph the mountain range below with my 200 mm lens. The gradation from the atmosphere really gives a feel for the altitude and distance. It was like flying over a topographic map!

The color was also muted by the atmospheric haze in an interesting way.

I photographed the mountain range with my Canon 5D camera and 70-200 mm lens.
