I visited this beautiful pagoda in Sri Lanka with my wife on a wonderful, but very hot day. After walking around for hours we spent a few long minutes in the shade of this great building, enjoyed the view and could very well understand the dogs, which also escaped the sun and where lying around in the shade. Furthermore, we surely felt sorry for the workers, who put themselves in danger taking care of their crazy paint job.
