So i decided to experiment a bit today after I had taken countless interests of objects to shoot for my entry to the #monomad challenge by Hive account@brumest hosted by Hive account@monochromes today. Well I did get a few interesting shots and I sat down to go through post production with a bottle of Pepsi. Well cut the long story short, I had new ideas.

I started playing around with the empty bottle. We created magic (myself the bottle and my smartphone) but this caught my attention. It was beautiful, an expression of emptiness, carefree, limitless, timelessness. And so the theme Void came to my mind.

Take a closer look and it looks like Amniotic fluid. However, when I look at this image what comes to my mind is the good book of the Christians. The second verse of Genesis chapter 1,

"And the earth was without form, and void;"

HOW I SHOT IT

1. I used an empty Pepsi frigoglass 50cl bottle.

2. I placed the lens of my phone to the semi spiral bottle neck 90° to the base of the bottle.

3. Because of the thickness of the glass and spiral roughness, the refractive index is high thereby making visibility through the bottle impossible at close range.
