This Obelisk is at Pirita, Tallinn and it was built for the memorial of Ice Cruise of the Baltic Fleet. It was built in 1960 and is 35 meters tall.

And a great view from above from the edge of Lasnamäe (Paekalda Observation Deck).
And the view from the same point looking to other side, to Lasnamäe, has this cool looking field, where the construction for new apartment buildings has now started.
