Как же изменить мышление? Мышление изменить очень сложно, но возможно. Ключ к изменению мышления - эмоции. Эмоции может контролировать каждый человек. Заставьте свои эмоции быть позитивными, и через 21 день как Вы будете принуждать свои эмоции, они сами начнут быть позитивными.
