庐山云雾茶是传统名茶，由于手庐山凉爽多雾的气候及日光照射时间短等条件影响，其条索粗壮、青翠多毫、汤色明亮、叶嫩匀齐、香凛持久，醇厚味甘，而且能提神醒脑消食去腻，是风格独特的绿茶。
