NASA and the Space Station posted these pictures to Twitter yesterday, the 3rd of December 2017.
Shoot, I take a lot of moon pictures myself and I never see the space station. Is my timing off, or is there something wrong with those NASA pictures? As often as I look at the moon through the camera lens I've just never been lucky enough to catch it on camera. Am I wrong in assuming there would be a shadow of the space station on the moon as well? If anyone sees a shadow, do let me know.
Here are some of my own pictures of the moon taken at different times.

With all the technological advances there have been made, the moon and its purpose still remains a mystery.
Music: Music of the Spheres, Mike Oldfield - On My Heart (reprise)
Lyrics
On my heart
The nights are drawing in
Above, the stars are spiraling
And Heaven, Earth are roaming in a spin
Memories of light and laughter
Hope and peace from far here after
Oh in heaven, wings of angels from a dream
On my heart
The nights are drawing in
Above, the stars are spiraling
And Heaven, Earth are roaming in a spin
