This is a 12 week transformation I put myself through to prove to myself that I didn’t need to rely on anything else but healthy eating habits and consistent, hard work in the gym each week.
Nothing fancy. No hidden secret formula. I just had a flexible way of eating, and made sure I brought some intensity to the gym in my workouts.
I committed to a goal & stuck to that decision, & did what I had to do.
