Unfortunately when it comes to early starts, it's not a one size fits all solution. After all, there are lots of night owls who get plenty done too!
If you're really determined to get up early it'll involve getting your body clock on to the correct schedule, i.e. going to bed at the right time, getting direct sunlight at the right time etc.
Regardless of when you get up sleep hygiene is super important and I'd invite you to look at that part of your life as that may be why you're having a hard time.
