India's Underworld don and world's most wanted person Dawood Ibrahim wants to surrender on conditional terms, his lawyer Shyam Kesawani has claimed. But the lawyer's claim was dismissed by the government's lawyer, the old style of Dawes. Indian media reported that, a few days ago, eminent lawyer Ram Jethmalani also claimed that Dawood had told him about surrender to India. But the leaders of the country did not take any action.
In the past 25 years, India has claimed that the fugitive Dawood has taken refuge in neighboring Pakistan.
On March 12, 1993, a series of blasts in 13 places in Mumbai killed 350 people. It is believed that Dawood was behind the attack.
Caseswani, outside the Thane court on Tuesday, said that one of the conditions that Dawood has put in relation to surrender is to keep him in high security Arthur road jail in Mumbai.
