All of us must have experienced the bored. Because bored always side by side in doing the same job if done repeatedly and continuously every day.
The definition of bored is a state where the mind wants change or something else, wants something new, and wants to stop the routine of life.
Which is our question on this post, how the hell how to overcome the bored disease?
Well this time I want to share some tips on how to cope with bored.
Here are some ways to cope with bored.
1. Change Workplace Position.
Bored can also happen to us who are already saturated with the position of that workbench that's all. In order for variations try occasionally to change the layout. Its function is that the working atmosphere is different than usual so it can improve our performance.
2. Try Reading
Try reading a preferred story or reading a favorite story. Books or articles that can remove the bored of which are funny, comic and semisalnya. So that our minds can not feel saturated.
3. Try Chat
Humans love to talk and listen to each other, so if you are bored try to chat with other people who can have a conversation with us. In addition, believe it or not by chatting we may be able to receive negative or positive info depending on our wishes. But try to take the positive side do not negatives alone.
Maybe there are many other things we can do to get rid of the bored depends on our own personality. But do not let that boredom overwhelm us.
