I'm really interested in the future. Almost too interested that I often disregard the current. Don't be like me, you won't have many friends. Ha. "friends" are interesting. Many of them aren't going to be your friend in a year or 5. Who even cares though?

Find a friend or two that vibe on your wavelength and stick it out through all times. It's much more worth than bouncing around from friend to friend, trying to find stability. Humans LOVE stability and comfort, and lust for it in a way similar to sex. Its quite weird, in fact this is primarily why being out of your comfort zone, such as writing a blog on steemit & being vulnerable is the first step one can take to achieve results.

Think about it. Are you gonna get big at the gym if you never work out until you feel muscle burn? Are you ever gonna become a great writer if you don't write an absurd amount each day? Probably not. That's the next thing that separates the herd from the wolves. Its the grind. The, alright I'm going to grind all day today, everyday as long as I have to, to be successful.

This is why the future is exciting to me. You control it. All that destiny this, you're meant to do this and follow your passion BS is totally lame. Dude, get the hell up and do something on your own. I see people around me and wonder what are you doing to get where you want to be? People expect opportunities and furthermore, money to just fall in their lap from the sky or something.

The way I see it

There's a reason why there's a Forbes billionaires list and a 1% club. THEY EARNED IT. You see all these damn statistics about oh 2% of the world controls 80% of the wealth or whatever. Then you've got all these people asking for handouts and ridiculous tax figures on the rich. DISCLAIMER: WHILE POLITICS IS A GREAT CONVERSATION, NOT RIGHT NOW, NOT RIGHT NOW.

The millionaires and billionaires out there put their mind on something and did not stop until they were finished. Which for many of them, is never. There's different breeds in this world. There's the go-getters and the wait around for it. There's also the HAVES and the HAVE NOTS.

I'm sure if you're still reading this garbage, you're trying to to be a have. Well, guess what? Me too.

Back to the title

This is why you should be excited for the future. You have the opportunity right in front of you and so does everyone else. No matter how old you are or what you think you can or can't do, chances are you can do whatever it is you please.

I'm some 18 year old child in university. While I do happen to have a 143 IQ, attend a top 10 public university, and consider myself the most ambitious person I know, I'm a nobody. Like, who the hell am I? One kid out of billions? You see why life is humbling.

This is why I do what I do. One day I don't want to be a nobody. I want to have a name, a brand, an image, a reputation. Yeah, I'm not here writing for fun. I'm doing it for myself, but the best part of this platform is by looking out for myself I get to enhance the content on here.

I'll be here awhile, and in a year or two when I look back, I'll be happy I started here. What will your life look like when you look back 2 years from now?

But, for now, crypto is blowing up. Ride the wave.
