Sincerity is a value that characterizes people by their congruent attitude, which they maintain at all times, based on the veracity of their words and actions.
If we want to be honest we need to always tell the truth; This seems so simple, it is a very difficult task for some people. How many times do we use these pious lies in circumstances that we consider unimportant ?: such as saying that we are advanced at work, when we have not yet begun, on the assumption that it is easy and at any time we can be aware. Obviously, a small lie will lead to a bigger one and so on, until they surprise us
