If you have physical disability of some kind, I will not try to make you feel better about it by telling you that there are people worse off than you are. I might, however, suggest that you stop worrying, or even thinking about your disability. Replace those thoughts with the truth that it's your ability that counts, not your disability.

My point is that your mental attitude is more important than your physical disability. There may be nothing you can do about the latter, but you can, and must, do something about the former.
