Talent is the natural ability of a person to perform specific tasks. Talented people tend to learn to perform specific tasks much more easily and they also tend to be more creative than others in performing such tasks.
Hardwork on the other hand is the act of putting in "above average" physical or mental effort into getting something done. Hardwork can be in form of extra effort put into learning a new skill, completing a given task, thinking up new ideas, drafting plans and so on.
Achievements from hardwork do not necessarily have to be because the person has a natural ability to perform such tasks. Most of the time it is a result of relentless efforts and re-trials. Hardwork rarely gives up because hardwork is dedication.
Talent is an advantage to hardwork, it provides some sort of quick direction. Literally, it takes the hard part out or the hardwork and just leaves us with some work. With dedication, talent makes work easy. This explains why tow people can learn a skill together and while one finds it hard, the other finds it easy.
It is of course impossible to achieve much of anything with talent alone without some for of "work" and "dedication". This takes us back to hardwork.
STAY WOKE, WORK HARD
