Burnout!!! This is becoming more and more common in our world today! Â
I can give you the statistics about how stress causes burnout, Â
 I can name the tools you can use to help alleviate the stress in your life, like excersice, sleep, a balanced diet and cutting down on unnecessary things,  Â
But I think there is one thing that is often overlooked and has become a problem in our society. Â
 Vulnerability....  Â
And even more important, someone we can try trust and be vulnerable with!! Â Â
Sometimes we just don't have the right people around us and sometimes we do but we are afraid to look weak or be viewed as a failure. Â
 The higher your position at work is and the more people you are responsible for can isolate you because you think you have to maintain an impossible standard.  Â
No one can do it alone, we all need someone to lean on at times. Â Â I think this is one of the biggest contributing factors to stress today! Â Â
Surround yourself with people you can trust and don't think that being strong means you never feel weak! Â Â Â
