As a person who believes in self improvement, I do not totally agree with you. Am sure you are someone who believes quite a lot in predestination, well I don't. Because, I'll compare this with the article I read from you some time ago. We are not moons, we are sons. A son has the authority to choose to be what he believes is good or a better person.

Someone who's born with the natural tendency to sleep with little kids settle into becoming his real him - a paedophile?

How about someone who's psychic is built to be a serial killer. He enjoys from killing people and sometimes become ill and depress if he haven't had someone to kill for a while. Maybe we should not arrest them cause they were simply being themselves.
