You must have heard of the saying "Dress the way you want to be addressed."
Is that really true, dressing is a powerful tool of identification in every profession, that's why when a doctor is dressed you will know He/she is a doctor and when a nurse is dressed you will know she is a nurse, when an engineer is dressed you will know and this happens in every other profession.
A Profession's dress differentiates them from other profession while I see a man on a White laboratory cloth I will say that's a medical personnel even though He is not I just assume, its like that because of the dressing, because at sight a medical personnel can be known.
However, our society has help carved out what responsible dressing is and what it is not so if I dress in a particular way I'm regarded as a responsible person.
The confusion!
What if I dress responsibly and the only thing responsible are my clothes?
I think sometimes this is where we really miss it. That someone is nicely dressed doesn't make the same person nice automatically, dressing nicely and is not the same as being nice.
What if the man inside a responsible clothes is just irresponsible or a beast?
Jane goes to the bank to make transactions and meets Luke well-dressed on suit and looking smart there was a connection and a conversation ensued just after which they exchanged contact.
They met after work hours in a dinner and the connection grew stronger, and they got closer.
In one of the dinners wines mistakenly poured on Luke from the waiter, Luke rose in anger and verbally abused the waiter so badly, even when Jane tried to intervene he halt at her.
Jane discovered however that Luke was an alcoholic, abusive with words and rude in His approach to people.
The interesting thing is that most people at most times get so carried away by physical appearance that we forget the appearance does not really tell how the attitude of the person.
Reconciling someone who is very nice with appearance and not well do with character is a mismatch.
The appearance of an individual should be given due attention however the inner character should be given so much attention, while the outer beauty of a person may be attractive the inner character of a person is what sustains a good relationship.
