The uneasiness that comes to wearing the crown makes the heart shiver like one drenched under the cold rain.
The crown really looks beautiful and as beautiful as the crown may look and glamour that comes to wearing the crown, not everyone, will willingly go for the crown.
Majority of the people never willingly take the lead even in little group in schools and churches many shy away from it.
The reason is with the crown comes great responsibility as the leader so much is always expected of you.
The difficulties that comes with the crown are too numerous to mention.
When you're with the crown, many don't want to believe you're a human being like them and can make mistakes, however the crown does not turn anyone to become a master of the art or job you're are performing, the followers expect so much that any little mistake from you will garner so much criticism from every angle and expect people will expect that you make automatic changes when you have made mistakes to cover up your mistakes.
Another reason why the crown becomes uneasy is because the people expect so much of perfection from you when you wear the crown, this is far from making mistakes, it suggests that every step that you take will be best step and the move you make will be the best move however what's some fail to understand is that you are another member of the group wearing the crown of responsibility.
The crown comes with the difficulty of everyone seeing you as the problem solver people forget, Uneasy lies the head that wear the crown easily that people who wears crown are not superhuman and just the same way that someone gets confused, leaders as well get confused.
The crown is what makes everyone talks about who wears the crown so whoever wears the crown is not free from criticism, everyone will talk about you even when they don't know you, as far as you wear the crown expect everyone and anyone to talk about you when you wear the crown.
However this is just some random guide for people with the crown.
Always giving your best don't be forced: that people will expect so much from you is not a license to be under pressure all the time, live your life with every sense of freedom from pressure, don't be coerced to do things that may affect you and your peace don't forget you're still human.
Be reasonable with yourself: don't always overwork yourself when you leave you will be replaced sooner than expected so be reasonable with yourself and always take good care of your body.
Shut your ears against some criticism: the crown cannot escape criticism it has been and it will always be, so my dear it's good you shut your ears against some criticism that may come to reduce your effectiveness.
While the crown is beautiful it is only few that will take the lead because it comes with great responsibility.
