That line "You're fired" in an organisation is what most employees never want to hear, especially if you work in an organisation where you're well-paid, doing what you have passion for and receiving good incentives, You're fired from an employer is dreaded in such organisation.
The feeling that you're irreplaceable may be a good feeling and mind you it's a shallow way to think you're irreplaceable the shocker line you're fired can be used for anyone.
One afternoon it was launch time and John had gone to the cafeteria to have launch, it was a time for relief for John, although John is faithful with his job, He made sure that He had launch when it's lunchtime and work while He works.
One of the lunch break while eating his meal, he received a call from the office about someone who wants to see him right away, He replied the saying "I will be back at the office after my break and the caller replied the person cannot wait for too long."
After the call John was tempted quickly round up his meal and attend to the customer at the office.
His first colleague noticed him trying to rush his meal and run back to the office, he simply asked.

John loved his Job he was one of the most valuable in the office and His department would hardly survive without John He was never tired of working and gave his best to His job.
Other department in the office even depended on him to be able to create ideas that may be needed, he was one if the most valuable staff that the organization ever had.
He would be in the office before opening hours and come back late from work.
John had gotten to his office on a Monday, and the letter was waiting on His table when he opened the letter it was his termination of appointment. He made a mistake with figures and instead of using 5 million he used 500,000 although the situation was salvaged his job appointment was terminated to ensure the mistake is not repeated.
