The second element of willpower is your "I will" power -most of the time in your life you need the ability to do things and tasks, which you don't like, but you need to do that for the success you wish.
To achieve your goals, you need your "I will" power. This power will help you to do those tasks you didn't like. Tasks like learning, fasting or exercising are needing your "I will" power so you can reach your goals like a degree and better health.
