Accounts have just been capped. Bringing the herd is not the goal. Controlling the number of possible payouts vs money available is. It's pure genius. I was saying to myself the other day that this is only going to work until the value of total minnow accounts outweigh the value of money available to pay them AND pay the dolphins and whales too. Those pennies add up. So how do you control this...by controlling the number of accounts that are created according the how much money is available for payout. I'm impressed. Now the system is complete. I know more than this too...but I'm to lazy to explain it all and I need the machine to keep turning. Good job Ned...you did it.
