It was horrible to watch and he went down very hard in the first main at the Monster Cup on Saturday. He was running great but came up a little short in the rhythm section and landed into one of the steep up ramps which saw him fly over the bars and slam hard. Luckily he was not checked by any other riders as he went down and the medical team were on him fast. He did not return for the other two races and fears were that he was hurt badly. Things like this are never nice to see but luckily he has posted a positive update and it seems he is on the mend and doing ok.

"Grateful for opportunity and to be in one piece. I had a lot of fun out there yesterday. It was something completely new to me, but i like it. Thanks for support guys. I wanna say huge thanks all my Team HRC, my Dad for always good advice on track and my girlfriend for always being there for me in good and bad times! Thank you guys. Next year we will be back stronger."
After such a great run in practice it was horrible luck for the Slovenian. The former world champion logged the 6th fastest time earlier in the day and was running up front during the opening laps. His inexperience in big arena Supercross started to show though but i have a feeling he will be putting in the hours to turn this arround next year!
Rest up Tim and come back stronger! :)
