As i reported before last weekends Monster Energy Cup here, Justin Barcia entered the MEC as a privateer. This might not sound like such a big deal but trust me this is not an easy task!
You have two routes as a privateer, first one is do it all yourself. This as you can imagine is the hardest route as you need to be mechanic, trainer, manager oh and also ride the races and try and get on the podium :)
As you can imagine that route in Supercross is pretty much an impossible task. So most riders pull in favours, ask their families or friends to help support them and give it a shot :)
So how did Barcia get on... well in practice he skidded out on the start and hit the deck... yeah not ideal! Lets follow him 'fly on the wall' style and see how his day panned out.
