Le Mans - Johann Zarco took pole position in the 2018 MotoGP France race. Emotional confession, Zarco did not think could reach the leading position and make a lap record.
In the French MotoGP qualifying at Le Mans circuit on Saturday (19/05/2018), Zarco became the fastest with a record time of 1 minute 31.185 seconds. He outperformed Marc Marquez who had a time of 1 minute 31,293 seconds and was in second position.
