Poof
Gnik/Leo appears outside castle Greyskull in a cloud of fluffly and pink glitter. It appears to leading away from the castle though the trail wasn't very clear. If he had to guess the trail was a few days to a week old of whoever left all those sparkles. Once the glitter began to fade and his eyes adjust he was able to see his best bud Ralph.
He walked up to his buddy and some other strange looking character who went by the name @Silvernova and overheard the topic was the beautiful, awe inspiring, April O'Neal. There was much discussion of the beautiful brown locks, yellow jacket, hills and valleys, and of course her amazing personality that all the turtles so thoroughly enjoyed.
After that topic had been discussed in depth, Goose brought out some pipe smoke, and all was feeling good. You know the good good.
After a few too many days Leo woke up from what felt like a coma. Maybe that wasn't such a good idea when you're supposed to be saving the universe, but it could have been worse Leo thought to himself. "Ralph wake up man" Leo says to his pal we need to get this adventure going. (At least that's how it went in Leo's foggy head as the effects of the weed began to wear off).
After the group was awake, there was a heated debate on if turtles could ride horses. Leo was sure he could ride a horse and was taken aback that anyone would consider samurai turtles kind of a flop (once again what Leo thought he was saying might not have matched up to what was coming out of his mouth.)
A strange lady suddenly appeared and was warning the group about ghosts that could kill people. Silly lady, doesn't she know of casper the friendly ghosts? Ghosts can't kill people.
Maybe I should go back to sleep and let the effects wear off as I'm not sure if what I'm seeing is real or not. These hunchback purple guys were walking right to us. Maybe this is what that lady was warning us about. Leo felt a feint pity for them as they all had red footprings on there forehead like someone has been walking on them.
When he saw the enemy his mind quickly cleared and heard Ralph asking him about an enchanted blade, and all the memories of the day came flashing back to him like a bolt of lightning.
“It sounds like we just need ‘an’ enchanted blade, not “the” enchanted blade” Leo clarified. With that our travelling companion turned our blades into what appeared to be rainbow versions of there old forms.
+1 to woodcutting seems to be an odd enchantment to choose, but the goose explained it was the quickest enchantment. “Woodcutting? That’s a dumb enchantment but whatever, Cowabunga!” both ninja’s shouted in unison and headed into battle.
With the turtles incredible moves the pair made quick work of the wanderers and left the swamp stained red with the blood of there victims. "Well if that's all of them let's get a move on," Ralph said as he wiped the blood from his Sai.
It appeared that they weren't the only ones confronted in battle. As they were walking they passed Mosquitor with a stake or possibly a steak in his chest and the decapitated head of Leach in a pool of blood as well. A quick discussion took place on how whoever did this must have some built up anger issues which Goose quickly pointed out how we must have some as well.
“Good point” chuckled Leo.
After these observations the teams cautiously approached Windemere. "Well you look like you need a hug," Leo says to Ralph randomly as they stop to take in the view. Thanks for not leaving Castle Greyskulll without me brother.
