I like to watch romance movies and i am a male but I also love action movies and have female friends that love those too... my personal opinion is that taste in movies have nothing to do with toxic behavior or prejudices that comes along with ones identity... one likes what one likes.... is the attitude that people takes towards some form of media what is toxic. At least most times in my experience. I can equally love Predator and When Harry Met Sally... joy but i understand that is just my personal opinion about those films, i put them as example cuz both are objectively good films but they might not be good to other people... man_shrugging but i don't think in most cases is because identity or behavior most times is just preference.
