I mean I was raised in the (hood) eighties and in the VHS era. I totally was a fan of Ghostbusters and Conan, and I enjoyed some Jackie Chan movies as well as Braindead. My taste has changed a bit since and discovered some other gems like some Romero classics or the Rocky Horror Picture Show which is still unique on this palette I think.
Maybe you like comedies then Airplane, Top Secret and some Leslie Nielsen movies are always a good choice.
Action movies? You were knocking the hanging frozen beef with Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Van Damme or maybe Chuck Norris? What about Sho Koshugi?
A lot to remember. I really enjoyed the horror classics like Elm street but it was a bit frightening, not like the Gremlins. I could quote here some Cronenberg's movies but I discovered them later in my life so they didn't count.
Romantic comedies, Groundhog Day or maybe the Ghost or Pretty woman which two I find the most terrible movies of all time, hand in hand with ET(extra testical) and Titanic. But maybe you like them.
So I would like to ask you about your favorite movie from your childhood, maybe I will find some good ones I missed.
