Burt Reynolds (82) died earlier today of cardiopulmonary arrest.

Most people think of Smokey and the Bandit when mentioning Burt Reynolds, but he has been successful in a lot of other movies. I can't imagine how many people will be watching Smokey and the Bandit tonight as a tribute to his legacy.

Smokey and the Bandit is his home run movie, but I highly recommend watching Boogie Nights and The Longest Yard if you haven't seen it yet.

I've been thinking recently as I get older a lot of the stars I grew up on are going to start passing away, legends of the big screen that I grew up watching.
