The NYC subway system is such a mess.
Another derailment yesterday in the Q light in Brighton. this was after a few weeks before when an A train derailed uptown injuring multiple people. [http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/day-derailment-nyc-subway-48779007]
The trains are getting worse. There is tons of infighting between De Blasio [mayor of NYC] and Cuomo [Governor of NY]. In my opinion the MTA has a TON of funding already. It's such a poorly managed system. This is an example of centralized systems that DO NOT WORK! Hey can we put the MTA on a blockchain:)
I've never met more people frustrated about a single entity in NYC than the MTA. The work force is also very unhelpful. Anytime you ask anyone on the MTA for help, they growl at you and tell you to find someone else to ask for help. It's like no one wants to be part of this system but we depend on it in NYC.
