To be a human being, to be part of human society may seem intrinsic at the moment of our birth. Usually, it is. In rare cases, particularly of feral children, it's proved that if the human being from the moment of birth until a certain critical age does not create bonds and connections with other humans, he fails to communicate in a human way.
Feral children lack the basic social skills that are normally learned in the process of enculturation. For example, they may be unable to learn to use a toilet, have trouble learning to walk upright after walking on fours all their lives or display a complete lack of interest in the human activity around them. They often seem mentally impaired and have almost insurmountable trouble learning a human language. The impaired ability to learn a natural language after having been isolated for so many years is often attributed to the existence of a critical period for language learning and taken as evidence in favor of the critical period hypothesis.

What makes each species part of that species more than physical form, is communication. The way species communicate. This is a characteristic of species living in a mutant ecosystem, always subject to random and sudden changes. Communication creates cohesion, strength, balance, rules, discoveries, enculturation and acculturation…
Enculturation is the process by which people learn the dynamics of their surrounding culture and acquire values and norms appropriate or necessary in that culture and worldviews. As part of this process, the influences that limit, direct, or shape the individual (whether deliberately or not) include parents, other adults, and peers. If successful, enculturation results in competence in the language, values, and rituals of the culture. Source
Acculturation is a process of cultural contact and exchange through which a person or group comes to adopt certain values and practices of a culture that is not originally their own, to a greater or lesser extent. The end result is that the original culture of the person or group remains but is changed by this process. Source
No man is an island, but all men inhabit an island that only they understand and experience. Communication creates bridges and roads that allow the human to leave the island and visit another island. This way he gets groceries, go visit a friend. Be inspired. Learn something new. Go out of the box. Enjoys different realities and equally gives himself the time to feel homesick. Man is not an island and the island does not make the man. The man who dwells on the island, the island dwells in it and they dwell in everything and everything dwells in them. It is a network, constantly changing.

The magical connection we have with music comes from the same place we build connections with the world around. The fabric that makes us humans and social creatures. Researchers believe that music was the first stage in communication and a way to develop languages. Music is a universal human ability, and a form of communication, even if we are from different cultures and don’t speak the same language. Although the perception and interpretation of different musical styles can change from culture to culture, every human identifies it as music. Music has the capacity for conveying and sharing emotions. When music encounter characteristics like the repetition of patterns and progressive evolution of rhythm it can help us transcend the cultural conditioning and access different realities.
